A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. Discussion of Village Subdivision and the meters recently
installed by Wade Sanderson and Village Development. Committee
recommends that an irrigation fee only be charged for water
usage.
11. Sprucegrove - Committee recommends that Sharon contact Eddie
McDonnell regarding the water, sewer and garbage usage for
the past 6 months in the amount of $2,075.51.
• 111. Alvie Edgmond desires a sewer hookup on East Railroad.
Motion from Dave Michael, second from Sharon Herman, that
no new sewer hookups outside the City limits be allowed.
Carried.
1V. Construction water - Committee recommends that contractors
who desire construction water sign up for water service, have
meter installed and be billed for usage. Water to be shut
off prior to occupancy so that final may be accomplished before
new residents move in.
V. The City Standpipe has now been fixed and is back in operation.
Cost to the City $2,810.00.
Meeting adjourned at 6-pm.
