A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. Discussion held on adjusting sewer charge for-John Burkland
at 2113 Atchison. Motion by Mel Baker not to adjust the April
sewer charge, but to adjust the summer sewer average. Motion
seconded by Sharon Herman, passed.
2. Discussion held on water sewer rate increases.
3. Motion by Dave Michael, seconded by Mel Baker not to
'9-V and sewer and garbage charges have been put on the taxes..
6. Meeting adjourned 6:10 p.m.
prorate the customer charge on water and sewer bills.
Motion passed.
4. Motion by Mel Baker and seconded by Sharon Herman to
write off list of delinquent water customers totaling
$1987.47. Motion passed. .The deposits have been applied
5. Discussion held on checking into the cost of using
Credit Service to collect delinquent water and sewer
bills.
