PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:

Mr. Gonder - appeared before the Committe in regards to his summer
sewer average.
Motion from L. D. Collins, second by Sharon Herman, to charge Mr.
Gander the flat rate of $9.97 until an average can be established.
Motion carred with Sharon voting "No".
Mr. & Mrs. Scott Branstetter - appeared in regards to their summer
sewer average also. After discussion the customer agreed to leave
the bill as is.
Harry Perrigo - Summer Sewer average. C"?,Lb `r P,0,0 7S-%,-F7)
Motion by L. D. Collins, seconded by Dave Michaels, not to allow
an adjustment for his sewer bill and to leave the charge at $12.30.
Meeting Adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
