Dear Sir;
One of your men changed my water meter in my basement.
I went to the basement a couple of days later and 2 rooms(
little used). were flooded. I called your office and they
sent the same man back to check it. He then called his
supervisor, and then they told us to call a plumber.
The plumber charged :;)35.00 to repair the -pipe that was
leaking because of t+rk done for the new meter. I
. think should be reimbursed for the plumber charges.
I also lost some groceries and it took some time to clean
up the water mess, in the two rooms. If I don't get reim-
bursed for the plumber, I will take action for all the damage
and time for cleaning up the mess, and for the price of the
groceries lost.
Yours truly,
Ruben Schreiner
