Mrs. Frank Wiley
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
1. Frank Wiley's water bill at 610 W. 14th St. They were asked
to come to the Council meeting April 19, 1988.
• 2. John Kappel- he has a high water bill. After the discussion
Motion b Bruce Teeters to make no adjustment. Seconded by
Bob Graham.
3. The apartment at 707 East lst Street. The toilet tank had
cracked allowing the water to leak into the basement and go
down the drain. Their water bill was $ 99.99 and sewer was
$ 149.18. No adjustment will be made because the City is
not responsible.
4. The Reil's at 402 2nd Ave. Their water meter tested OK.The
high was 99.5%, the medium 98%, and the low was 91%. No
adjustment can be made.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
