A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
lst Order of Business
Ray Fiechtner wanted an adjustment of water and sewer because of
a broken meter.
Motion by Mel Baker, seconded by Bruce Teeters to adjust
the water and sewer bill for June, July, August and September.
Motion was carried.
2nd Order of Business
Roy Surerise wanted an adjustment of water and sewer. After
talking we realized that he had a leaking toilet.
Motion b Bruce Teeters, seconded by Dave Michael to make
no adjustment. Motion carried.
3rd Order of Business
Ken Hageman of Hageman Elevators requested a meter change at
the last Public Utilities meeting.
Motion by Dave Michael, seconded by L.D. Collins not to
change the meter. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
