by the Committee:
1st order of business:
Sewer Rate Increase; after a long discussion a motion for rate
• increase was made by Dave Michael, but the motion died for lack
of a second.
No other business came before the Public Utilities meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
