Public Utilities COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Rudy Groshelle appeared before the committee to see why he was sent a bill for
$60.00 when the city exchanged his meter. The work order stated that the meter
had possibly.-been frozen and repaired by the customer. Rudy stated that the
meter was working fine and doesn't know when it was repaired. He doesn't feel
that he should have to pay for the meter since the city was the one that wanted
it changed. The meter has been in the house since 1975. Dave Michael will see
if he can find the meter and see what the problem was,and we will get back to
Rudy.
