lst order of business:
Sophie Ruff at 1005 3rd Avenue felt that the shut off fee was
unfair. After a lengthy discussion„ a motion was made by
Dave Michael, seconded by Richard Barnhardt, that no action
be taken. <p.1

2nd order of business:
A discussion about Fred Winters' Apartments at 701, 703, and 705
East 6th Street concerning unpaid water bills. Motion by
Richard Barnhardt, seconded. by Sharon Herman that Jim Flisrand
speak to Fred Winters about repairing the plumbing before any
action is taken. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
