A quorum (3 or more) present, the followin(-O' Lion was taken
by the Committee:
First Order of Business:
The sewer line at 909 7th. Avenue was discussed. On two seperate
occasions this house has flooded.. It is owned by Rey Hazen.
It flooded once in March of 1987 and again in March bf 1989.
He was told his sewer line was bad so ,
he had Ben Deines
15„? replace it at the cost of $1,051.43. However, there was nothing

V-- wrong with his sewer line according t o Berl'-. Db'khes. Mr. Hazen
maintains that the City line is bad a nd would like to have
?.? the line replaced, and he would like to he reimbursed. for his
expenses and damage, in the amount of $2,051.43. A motion was
made to bring this matter before .the Council by the Committee
of the Whole.
The meeting was adjourned at 6!00
