A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
1st Order of Business: Richard Barnhardt would like his sewer
adjusted because he is the only occupant and also, because of a
broken pipe.
Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Sharon Herman to put
Richard Barnhardt on a flat rate. Motion carried.
2nd Order of Business: A letter was sent to 905 10th St. that
the shut off can't be found. Beyond that no action was taken.
3rd Order of Business: Ray Fiechtner has had another broken
? meter. The Committee, after discussio n, felt that Ray's sewer

° rate should be adjusted.
q-?9 ?q Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Richard Barnhardt that
the sewer rate be adjust4Dand that Ray Fiechtner not have to
pay for the meter but he must pay for the water. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
