A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The.Ranch House Cafe, 401 E. Main St., Ken Bevens representing
the Cafe. The shut was repaired and was reported to the City
as repaired but the billing department was not told.
Motion by Dave Michaels, seconded by Ron Marshall to void
the bill, with Council approval. (see attached bill)
