A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
First Order of Business:
The sewer line between 6th Street and 7th Street, to go north up
Alder to Maryland.
Motion by Mel Baker, seconded by Ron Marshall to table this
until Jim Worthington can put together some solid figures (see
• attached copy).
Second Order of Business:
Jim Worthington explained the water line situation off of
Beartooth Drive (see attached explanation).
Third Order of Business:
Sharon Herman asked to have the water charged off of non collected
bills.
Motion by Mel Baker, seconded by Larry Thomas, to charge off
the water amounting to $500.27, with Council approval (see
attached copy).
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
