A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
First Order of Business:
Walter Reich. Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Sharon Herman,
to let Mr. Reich have the sewer line at his cost. (explanation
by Jim Worthington)
Second Order of Business:
Discussion over duplexes at Maple and 4th Street. They would
like to split the lot but the sewer line runs under one of the
duplexes. Jim Worthington will check to see what can be done.
Third Order of Business:
Cherry Hill Subdivision. Mike Cantrell would like to get water
and sewer to an existing lot across the street from a City lot.
After a discussion and motion was made by Bob Graham, seconded
by Ron Marshall to allow the hook-up with the City paying one half
with Council approval.
Fourth Order of Business:
Bob Graham asked about his mother's water bill and what to do about
it. He was told of the existing procedure.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
