A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Walter Reiter's high reading in November. Walter feels his
meter was probably misread in October resulting in a higher
read in November. Therefore, his sewer bill for November was
higher which will also increase his summer average next year.
Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Dave Michael to decrease
the November reading by 1000 cubic feet and increase the October_
reading by 1000 cubic feet resulting in a lower Sewer charge in
November and also decreasing his summer average next year.
Motion carried.
Cleve Hull had a leak in his sprinkler system.
Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Dave Michaels to adjust
his November sewer bill and sewer average. Motion carried.
Jim Worthington talked to us about Cenex Transporations
request to hook into our City sewer line (see attached copies).
The Committee recommends sending this copy to Joe Bradley.
Phil Curry reported that the house at 715 W. Second is being
lived in and has no water meter. The committee recommends that
Phil go see if they have City water. If they do, we will take
legal action.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
