OTHER'S PRESENT: Frank Wilson for Cenex
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
1st Order of Business: Cenex pipeline (sewer.) hook up was
discussed. After a discussion a motion was made by Bob Graham,
seconded by Ron Marshall to allow Cenex truck wash to hook to
the sewer system with periodic checks to be paid by Cenex- and
any expenses by Cenex to be paid by Cenex. This is all based
on Council approval. Motion carried.
• 2nd order of Business: Jim Worthington would like a flat fee
drawn up on curb box repairs and would like a billing procedure
made up.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
