MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman- L.D. Collins
Bob Graham, Phil Curry, Larry Thomas,
Mel Baker, Albert Ehrlick, Sharon Herman,
Ron Marshall, Jim Worthington, and Dave Michael
OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
First Order of Business: Sharon Herman reported that Carl Rose
had a water leak under his house and would like his sewer bill and.
sewer average adjusted.
Motion by Mel Baker, seconded by Bob Graham to adjust his
sewer bill and sewer average, with Council approval. Motion
carried.
Second Order of Business: Jim Worthington reported on the Cenex
Truck wash wanting to hook up to the City sewer line. After a
discussion a motion by Larry Thomas, seconded by Sharon Herman was
made, to not allow the hook-up. (explanation by Jim Worthington
or L.D. Collins). Motion carried.
Third Order of Business: Jim Worthington gave us an update on the
Sewer Plant lawsuit. (Explanation by Jim Worthington)
Fourth Order of Business: Dave Michael reported that the State
wants water samples for lead and copper. (Report by Dave Michael).
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
