A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Bob Graham made a motion, seconded by Mel Baker, that after
annexation of Lots 1,2,3, & 4 of Block 3, they be allowed to have
a water line on 14th Street to Valley Drive. No sewer line is
required at this time. A sewer line will be required west on
14th Street for Lots 1-4 of Block 4, with council approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
