A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Motion by Sharon Herman, seconded by Dave Michael to charge
off the uncollected water bills (see attached list) with council
approval. Motion carried.
Motion by Mel Baker, seconded by Albert Ehrlick to place
the uncollected sewer bills on the taxes (see attached list)
with council approval. Motion carried.
Motion by Dave Michael, seconded by Larry Thomas, to repair
curb boxes as needed and place them on the taxes (see attached list)
with council approval. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.

0 RESOLUTION NO.
BEING A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF LAUREL, FOR WATER MLTER AND CURB--
BOX REPAIR.
"SEREAS, the City of Laurel, pursuant to Section 13.08.080 of the City of
Laurel, that any water meter or Curbox fees remaining unpaid shall constitute
at lien against the real property wherein the premises or business or commercial
establishment exists and be placed on the annual property tax roll.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana:
Section 1. That to defray the cost of such water repairs on the respective
premises hereinafter indicated, there is hereby levied and assessed against
said property a special tax in the amounts hereinafter stated, that the same to
be collected in the same manner as other taxes and assessments provided by law
as follows;
