A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
First Order of Business:
A letter from Liquid Air was received (see attached copy). After
a discussion a motion was made by Bob Graham, seconded by Mel
Baker to allow water and sewer hook up to the plant if the
house at 912 West Fourth Street is taken down. Motion carried,
with council approval.
No other business can before the committee. The meeting was
adjourned at 5:20 p.m.

RE: Request For City Water and Sewer.
Liquid Air Corporation would like to have City Utilities at our
plant. We understand that you do not have the water and sewer li-
nes running up Old Hwy 10, west of the city limits. The Residenti-
al Property we own, 912 West 4th Street, has city utilities and is
close to the plant. We would like to have an Industrial Water Meter
installed and permission to hook up. We would like to invite you to
come out to our plant and see all the Improvements we have made.
Liquid Air strives to be a front runner in the Community when it
involves Inviormental Protection. I thank you for your time and
listening to our request.
