COLLINS Albert Ehrlick Jim Worthington Mel Baker Sharon Herman Ron Marshall OTHER'S PRESENT: Darryl Shrum Ted & Gloria Bundy Joseph Goss Dennis Frare A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by the committee: 1st Order of Business: Ted Bundy of 614 West lst Street would like an adjustment on his sewer average due to a leak in his toilet. After discussion, motion was 5f ,,,,,made by Mel Baker and seconded by Albert Ehrlick to adjust his sewer average according to his consumption from last year pending council approval. Motion carried. 2nd Order of Business: Dennis Frare of 516 4th ave. also asked for an adjustment on his sewer average due to a broken line on his hot water heater. After discussion, motion by Mel Baker and seconded by Albert Ehrlick to adjust his sewer average according to his comsumption from last year pending council approval. Motion carried. 3rd Order of Business: Joseph Goss of 302 5th Ave. wants his sewer average adjusted ),.D s+ because he and his wife just moved into the house and the average that goes with the ?Al house was for a larger size family. After discussion, the committee recommended - sending this issue to the council. 4th Order of Business: A question came up from the water office regarding the bill from a Connie Wilson of 715 West 2nd Street. Her water is shut off at the curb but she is hauling water in from somewhere. The office wants to know if and what they 1 should be billing her for. Water? Sewer? Garbage? Committee decided to ask for council guidance. 5th Order of Business: Daryl Shrum from B.F.I. reported that they are building a wash rack to wash garbage trucks and large containers and would like to dump the water at our sewer plant. After discussion, a vote was taken and the committee voted unanimously not to allow this. 6th Order of Business: Cliff Yuill of 815 2nd Ave. wants his sewer average adjusted because he says nobody is living in the house they are just fixing it up.
