A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The water and sewer line on 14th street was discussed.

Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Ron Marshall, to allow
the utility hook-ups as shown on the attached map, pending
annexation, with Council approval. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
