MIXES
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Discussed problem with traffic around Graff School and the 4-way
stop on 1st Avenue and E. 6th Street. Alan recommended for the
complaints to start being called in to Police office.
Alan will advertise for police car starting on October 8th and
15th with bids due to Council by October 21st.
Ordinance to be presented to Council on 15 mph speed signs.
Discussed the 5-day parking - Committee recommends that the
existing ordinance be revised as follows:
If vehicle is licensed and in running condition it
should not be limited to 5 days.
Police Reserves would like to use the Firemen's meeting room for
their meetings once a month.
Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
Next meeting will be November 6th.
