A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committees

Motion by Kent Harris and seconded by Rob Harris to remove the soccer goals at
Thomson Park to make way for the fence for the Little League that was approved in
1982« After much discussion this motion carried and the committee decidedto help
Mr Schreiner put in a new field with as much equipment and manpower as we possibly
could provide or afford.
A discussion was held on the cost and need of moving the Little Girls Softball
field to another park.
A discussion on the use of Riverside Park ,IUY 9th and 10th by A & I Distributing
for a get together was approved by the committee provided they follow the park rules.
The Chairman then held a meeting with the terns using The main field at Thomson Park
to set up practice schedules as they were not using the field together but were in
conflict over who and when they can use it. Hopefully this matter has been resolved.
Meeting adjourned at 11x10 AM.
