OLD BTSINESS:
The committee agreed to work with Ben Dienes on the rough grading; of Murray
Park as we received no bids on this item.
The committee approved and accepted the bid of P'_brle Cherry on the Curb and Gutter
at a cost of 94662.92.
Accepted the bid of Dave Larned with two changes 1. that he add a cost of A50 for
the removal of each transformer as Montana Power did not want their transformers
and this was an additional item not in the original bid. There are 5 transformers
to be removed and also to extend the deadline because of our delay in awarding the
bid because of the confusion over the traneormers and also the added work. The
deadline will be the first of the year.

We did receive a late bid on the poles, but it tins an oral bid and when told about
the bid we received he said.he couldntt come close to that bid.
NEV IRTSINESS :
Gary Schaff requested to use the Little League field for some animal- judging;
with just one animal in the field at a time and they will clean up and repair any
damage that is done.
