PARK COMMITTEE

A quorum 0 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Bill Brennan moved and Ernie Davis seconded that the
swimming pool be opened 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. during school
hours August 26-29. The motion passed.
Ernie Davis-moved-and Bill Brennan seconded that Jan Keller
be paid manager wages effective August 24, 1986. The motion
passed.
The committee discussed the tennis court problems and suggest
• the following recommendations:
1. That the..tennis players themselves must be responsible
for removing sunbathers from the court.
2. Ernie will check on a weed killer to be put on weeds
in the cracks at the courts.
3. Ernie will see if a drain can be placed-at the south-
west corner of the court to allow drainage from the gutter.
4. More time is needed on purchasing new nets.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
