A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was
the committee:

Discussed the season schedule for Legion and Little League and
the need for minimal use of the lights in Athletic Field.
Lights will be needed May, June and July. .
Little League asked permission to install another batting
tunnel near the Little League field in Thomson Park. Jim
Flisrand will check on the location.
A light is needed near the concession stand in the Legion
field area. Norman Orr is checking into the possibility of
finding a fixture for that.
Bob Wetch explained about the Thomson Park renovation fund
stating there is a total of $14,165 in that fund.
Little League asked permission to install a protective wiring
enclosure near the dugout area in Thomson Park. Jim Flisrand
will check into exact area intended for that.
The firemen will sponsor a barbecue to be held July 4th in
Thomson Park.
