A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. Mrs. Armstrong attended the meeting to determine the status of
a 35' X 50' shelter for Thompson Park. The Committee suggested
we wait for the results from the park grant request.
2. Manuals for the pool manager and lifeguards were reviewed
as was the summer recreation program. The Committee still
must study ticket prices, scheduling, etc.
3. A meeting is set for Thurs. Mar. 3rd at 7:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers to hear about the baseball field. maintenance
plan currently used in Billings.

4. The Committee also reviewed the needs at Riverside Park; 1)
upgrade outdoor barbecues, 2) improve lighting, 3) lease for
caretaker, 4) concrete around the bathouse. Also advertised.
for a certification class which will be offered in Billings
for interested lifeguards.
