MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman - Donna Kilpatrick
Bill Brennan Milt Wester
Jim Flisrand
OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Motion b Jim Flisrand, seconded by Bill Brennan, that we
leave the pop vending maching inside the pool building for now
and Jim will check into the cost of installing an outside plug
so the machine can be placed outside. Motion carried.
Motion b Jim Flisrand, seconded by Bill Brennan, that we
finish the year paying manager and guard their regular hourly
-" wage for lessons..- Motion carried.
The Committee recommends that we do not refund swimming
lesson money for those people who missed the make-up sessions,
and that next year we make it clear that the funds are non-
refundable.
The umbrella's are here and were donated by Coke.
The outfield at Athletic Field is in poor shape and
must be reseeded.
