OTHER'S PRESENT:
Bob Wetch
Jerry Aisenbrey
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Reviewed and discussed the proposed layout for Thomson
Park. Possibilities for the park include turning the Little
League field so that home plate would be in the southwest
corner of that northeast Little League field. The batting
tunnel would be at the south end of that field. No action
was taken. The plan calls for concrete walkways to be
poured from the concession stand for the various fields there.
Bob Wetch told the committee that there is $9,462.95 in
the Yellowstone Bank to be used as matching funds for the
grant the City has received from the State Department of Fish
Wildlife and Parks. The City will have to make up the difference
for the $20,000 grant match funds. The total project is
$40,000. Bob Wetch asked that the City try to get stainless
steel fixtures for the restrooms.
Jerry Aisenbrey told about the steel framed bleachers
he is making for Thomson Park. Jim has looked at the bleachers
and approved the construction.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
