A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Angie Thom asked about the site for the shelter in Thomson
Park. We reviewed the plan for Thomson Park and the shelter is
located approximately on 6th Street between Montana and Colorado.
Chuck Dickerson made a motion,,seconded by Ron Faught, that
41 we accept plan A due to a safety factor in regard to the location
of the concession stand from the Little League field. Motion
carried. This plan could allow.for a patio area around the
concession stand.
Chuck Dickerson made a motion, seconded by Bill Brennan,
that we allow the Little League to install the pitching tunnel
south of the Northeast field. Motion carried. Montana Power
will put in the electrical outlet needed for the pitching
tunnel.
Chuck Dickerson made the motion, seconded by Luanne Engh
that we put 6 barbeque grills in Thomson Park and as time
allows place grills in Riverside Park. Motion carried.
Motion by Chuck Dickerson to adjourn the meeting. Motion
carried. The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
