A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Dave Michael gave a report on the progress of the concession
stand.
Discussion on swimming pool tickets, the Committee will leave
this up.to the office personnel.
Gay Easton wants to refinish the old cinder track on school
property at Graff School. This would require the City grader.
The Committee recommends this project, with a letter of approval
from the school district.
Darrell McGillen reported to the Kiwanis about the City parks
and plans for them.
Charles Peaton and Alice Branstetter questioned the maintenance
of the ball fields. Because this concerns personnel and budget
matters they were referred to the Mayor.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
