A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The house at Riverside Park, which the O'Rourke's recently
moved out of is in need of a new chimney and vent for the hot
water heater. The Committee has recommended that Carl
Hollabaugh be given a lease on the building with the terms
to be worked out by the Park Committee and the City Attorney.
Jim will contact the Clubs that lease buildings in Riverside
• Park to attend the next Park meeting on May 23, 1991. The
Committee will discuss the grounds maintenance:
Milt Wester has requested the use of the Park Shelter
for July 26 & 27 for the Studebaker Club. Curt Reiman will
have a pitchfork fondue at the curbside. Vehicles will not
be parked on the City park, but will attempt to get school
district permission to park.
Doug Poehls has requested using Riverside Park in June
for a fundraiser for the Herbstfest. Arrangements will be
made through the Park Committee with Council approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
