Time 5:00 p.m. -12, 1992 Place of Meeting City-Hall Chairman- absent Gay Easton' Lonnie Kellogg Jim Worthington Ron Faught Emelie Eaton OTHER'S PRESENT: -Lloyd Shay, Laurel Search and Rescue Club -Terry Krum, Laurel Rifle Club Alex Robertus, American Legion Ernie Freund, Rod & Gun Club A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by the Committee: The committee recommended that no changes be made in any of the leases of buildings in Riverside Park, and to go with 5 year leases as was done in past years. A motion was made, as to the above, by Ron Faught, seconded by Lonnie Kellogg. Motion carried. Discussion on repairing of roof's in Riverside Park. Jim Worthington reported that bids were let out and work should begin soon on all of the roof's. Jim Worthington also explained ADA requirments (American Disability Act) that are due to be done by 1994. Lease holders that were present were informed that they would be responsible for these requirments, and that the City Engineer's office would work with them to see that they were fulfilled properly. Lloyd Shay commended the caretaker of Riverside Park, Herb Mohs, for the outstanding job he does. The other lease holders that were present also expressed the same feeling. Lonnie Kellogg stated that the pond north of I-90 could possibly be sublet to the Rod and Gun Club. Discussion was held on the "Good Sam" club convention that will be held at Riverside Park.
