COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE:
RICHARD BARNHARDT - COMMENTS
Discussion regarding the city's shut off procedure. Richard is asking that the
residents be given a last minute notice before their water is turned off. This
occurs on monthly shut off days, when residents have water bills that are
delinquent.
Discussion regarding the agenda for each City Council Meeting. Richard feels the
order of the agenda should be God before Country. The order in which the
meetings are conducted is the pledge of allegiance and then the invocation is
given.
