INSURANCE COMMITTEE

A. Members present: Chairman Bob Gauthier
Dave Michael Andy Loebe, Vern Waller, Don Hackmann Fred Feuerbache
B. Other's present: ,
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met to discuss the-group health insurance
coverage and to make a recommendation regarding the bids
opened April 5th.
It is the consensus of most of the.employees that we continue
with the current Blue Cross policy.
Motion by Dave Michael, seconded by Bob Gauthier, that all
bids received on April 5th be rejected and that we continue
with the current Blue Cross policy. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 5:00, p.m.
