It is very difficult to find insurance carriers for these type of coverages. If you could, chances are they would not be lower than what Williams Agency bid. There- fore, for a dollar comparison those two bid amounts from Williams Agency were added to the bid from Harris Agency, as follows: 35,025. 10,690 Sub-total (City) 45,715 2,186 TOTAL 47,901 Since Harris Agency did not have a complete bid, and also in comparing the $47,901 with $42,493 it appears that Williams Agency should be awarded the bid. a,_ Don Hackmann, Chairman Insurance Committee HARRIS AGENCY • REAL ESTATE PHONE 628-7061 16?
