A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by George Fox
the committee: Wade Sanderson
FOX SANDERSON TOLLIVER RE: VILLAGE SUBDIVISION:
Motion from Vern Halvorson, second by Curt Reimann, to replace
all 300--gal. containers presently at Village. Subdivision with
inidivual 90-gal. containers with once a week pickup. Passed.
LANDFILL HOURS:
Landfill hours are now 9 am to 6 pm six days a week until the
end of October.
Discussion of the landfill operation and dump permits.
SEEDING AT LANDFILL:
Seeding at landfill will be done as soon as possible.
VIDEO SOUND CONNECTION:
Motion from Curt Reimann, second by Ernie Davis, to apply the
garbage bill from Video Sound Connection to the taxes. Passed.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
