A quorum (3 or, more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Bob Gauthier presented the Mayor's Status Report dated 2/18/$6.

Mayor announced that the 1986--87 budget worksheets are ready for
distribution.
Discussion regarding the landfill transfer station. The City is
waiting for more information from the State.
Volk Construction now has approximately $600,000 in additional claims
against the City. At the present time EPA says that they will only
fund approximately $40,000 of these claims.
The City Clerk mentioned that Celia will be retiring in April (25th)
and that we will be advertising for a replacement February 19th
and 26th with a deadline of 5:00 p.m., February 28th. Interviews
will be held the 1st two weeks in March and hire someone by March 14th
to begin work April 1st. Salary is $867 a month ($5.00 an hour).
