CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AS A WHOLE
April 15, 1986 6:30 p.m.

Bob Gauthier distributed the Mayor's status report dated 4/15/86.
The Mayor mentioned that Bob Mace would like the Council to
re-consider his condominiums again.
Jack Martin had contacted Bob regarding the purchase of the
Ramsey building. Yellowstone Bank would like some type of
committment from the City because the 1st of next month they
want to put the building up for auction.
Bob mentioned that there could be two options for financing.
One would be a tax increment district and the other would be
a City-wide SID, which would have to go to the voters.
Further discussion regarding the use of this building and the
land included.
This was deferred to the Building Committee for further study.
Discussion regarding the 5% holdback on the Wastewater Treatment
Plant holdback.
Discussion regarding the street sweeper bids and to reject all
bids on items 3, 4, and 5.
A written report prepared by Sharon Herman regarding the 1986
Montana Municipal Clerks' Institute held in Bozeman, March 16--21
was distributed.
Don Hackmann reported on the advanced Clerks' Institute held in
Bozeman March 19--21.
Meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
