CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AS A WHOLE
July 1, 1986 6:30 p.m.

Bob presented the Mayor's Status Report dated July 1, 1986.
Bob mentioned that we have received some correspondence today
regarding Asphalt Supply and that the Council might want to
read it before the Council meeting.
There have been problems with equipment running properly in
the heat.
One ambulance is currently out of service - possibly needs a
new engine.
The cemetery pump is now working.
Bob mentioned that the Council might want to review the documenta-
tion regarding the water rate and garbage rate increase, prior
to the Council meeting.
Bob reminded everyone of the Special Council meeting on July
8th at 5:00 p.m., to approve the June claims. The Budget/Finance
Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. that same day.
