CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AS A WHOLE
August 5, 1986 6:40 p.m.

Bob distributed the Mayor's Status Report dated August 5, 1986.
It was mentioned that the Bob Mace condominium project will be
on the agenda for the Council meeting of August 19, 1986.
Discussion regarding salary and wages for the judge and court
clerk and also the court clerk scheduled hours of work.
The Mayor reported that there are two openings on the Airport
Authority Board and he would like to make the appointments at
the next Council meeting.
There is a Special Council meeting tomorrow night (August 6,
• 1986) for a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget.
There also is a Special Council meeting Monday night (August 11,
1986) to adopt the Final Budget. Because we have not received
the taxable valuation, the Final adoption may have to be delayed
until this is received.
The City has completed their portion of Shannon Road and the
County should complete their part in about two weeks.
