D. Collins Don Meyers (late) Chuck Dickerson Others present: Alan Crowe Pat Metzger Peg Kamerzel Ernie Davis Dave Michael Don Hackmann Bob distributed the Mayor's report dated November 5, 1986. Bob reported that the arbitration hearing on the sewer plant is tentatively set for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th of December in Billings. Jim Flisrand is on vacation and will be back November 6, 1986. The Nursing Home has started their construction. Ernie Davis will be on vacation next week. Don Hackmann will be on vacation for the next two weeks. Chuck stated that he felt that the State should mark where the shoulders of the road are on the highway from Yardoffice Road to Locust. Discussion regarding the bike lane on the highway from Yardoffice Road to Locust. There was a question on who would be liable for injuries and for the maintenance of the bike lane. Discussion regarding the boat ramp at Riverside Park. Bob mentioned that an application for a grant had been submitted to the Fish & Wildlife for the remaining renovation project at Thompson Park. Alan Crowe asked whether it was alright to start the process for applications for another police officer. It will be given further thought. Bob spoke on the Revenue Sharing Cash Flow Projection.
