CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AS A WHOLE
November 18, 1986 6:30 p.m.

Bob distributed the Mayor's Status Report dated November 18,
1986.
Bob reported that Longo is taking depositions this week for
Volk's side of the arbitration hearing set for December 1, 2
and 3.
Bob reported that the snow plow and grader gate blade are on
order. This should take about one to one and one-half weeks.
Donna Kilpatrick reported that November 30th has been set for
the Festival of Lights in downtown Laurel. Donna stated that
she thought it would be nice if City Hall could put up a few
lights and decorations. Bob will bring this up at the regular
Council meeting.
Bob reported that the City's cash reserves are down'and the
delinquent and protested taxes are up. He cautioned everyone
to watch their spending.
