CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AS A WHOLE
February 17, 1987 6:30 p.m.

Bob distributed the Mayor's Status Report dated 2/17/87.
Discussion regarding bonding requirements for Montana Power Co. and
other utility companies. Joe is to prepare an ordinance for this.
Mel Tiensvold will present the 1985-86 audit report tonight.
Bob indicated that the police statistics are on the back of the
Mayor's Status Report.
Alan Crowe went to the committee meeting regarding the new county
jail.
Budget worksheets will be distributed next Monday 2/20/87.
They should be returned to the Clerk's office by 3/20/87.
There will be an Insurance Committee meeting 3/18/87 at 4:15 p.m.
Jim Flisrand commented on the curb and gutter installation and that
some of the gutters are in pretty bad shape.
Bob mentioned that Mel's vacancy becomes effective upon him moving
from the ward.
There will be a get together for Mel Krug after the Council meeting
on 3/17/87.
Meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
