CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AS A WHOLE
March 3, 1987 6:30 p.m.

Bob presented the Mayor's Status Report dated 3/3/87.
Bob commended Ernie Davis and his crew for a job "well done" on the
recent snow removal.
Discussion is still going on with Volk Construction regarding repairs
and the punch list at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Cathy Gabrian has been hired to replace Naomi Bacon as A/P clerk-cashier.
Received a letter of resignation from Officer Broadhurst effective
3/12/87.
Discussion regarding applications for the 3rd Ward Alderman vacancy
• and the method to use in filling the position. Applications will be
received until 3/16/87. It was suggested that the applicants make
a presentation at the Council of the Whole meeting on March 17th
and then do the voting during the Council meeting.
Bid opening for concrete work, which was delayed for 2 weeks at the
last Council meeting, will be opened tonight.
No one had any questions on the 1985--86 Audit Report, which is on
the agenda tonight for approval.
Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
