Bob distributed the Mayor's Status Report dated April 21, 1987.
Bob mentioned that Jim would not be at the Council meeting tonight.
Town Pump has all the paper work completed to vacate a portion
of a street.
The boat ramp easement can be taken under advisement and con-
sidered at the next Council meeting.
Discussion regarding the curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveway
that needs replacement on 1st Avenue which was torn out due to
a water leak on Sunday. This should be done before the overlay
project.
Discussion regarding the placement of the sidewalk, curb and
gutter in relation to the water main. It was also mentioned
that the 10-in. water main on 1st Avenue is getting quite
deteriorated.
Discussion regarding the highway overlay project including
the sidewalk handicap ramps and final inspection.
The garbage problem in Village Subdivision will be coming up
under the committee reports tonight.
The drain ditches on the east end of town are being cleaned.
Sunhaven Trailer Court is installing an 8-in. water line.
Meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
