Bob distributed the Mayor's status report dated 11-17-87.
Bob reminded the council to review the committee reports before the council
meeting.
Discussion on the CDBG grant application. Rusty Rokita has indicated that he
does not intend to continue with the grant writing. Cal Cumin has stated that
he is willing to do it.
Discussion on the IRS Section 125 Plan.
Mayor stated that we have received some culverts from Harlan Lund for our street
maintenance and also we are working on an agreement with him to do 12th street.
Discussion regarding excluding certain property in Cherry Hills Subdivision,
2nd filing.
Bob stated that they have reviewed the applicants for the animal control job
and the appointment will be made at the council meeting.
Don Meyers reported on the Christmas party. The date has been set for Saturday,
December 12th, and the location has not been determined yet. He will know more
tomorrow. A notice will be put in the November 30th paychecks.
