Collins Joe Bradley Peg Kamerzel Dave Michael Bruce Teeters Bob Gauthier Norman Orr Donna Kilpatrick Chuck Dickerson Jim Flisrand Ernie Davis Don Hackmann Bob distributed the Mayor's status report dated December 15, 1987. We have received State approval on the East Main Lift Station. Bid opening will be in January. The bid for a one ton truck and a snow blower will be awarded tonight. • Jim will be on the County Commissioners agenda this week regarding the Federal Urban Aid priorities list - Maryland Lane. There has been some vandalism in the Garbage Department. Several garbage cans have been run over and reimbursement is not known at this time. Discussion regarding employees working the holidays at the Water Plant. There will be two public hearings tonight during the council meeting. The mayor suggested that the council members read the correspondence received regarding the recent landfill inspection. Jim Flisrand has received State approval to award the bid on the one ton truck. The Mayor will send the Chamber of Commerce a letter complimenting them on their lighting ceremony. Donna Kilpatrick remarked that she is disturbed with the landfill problem we have. Cal Cumin briefed everyone on the Capon home occupation which is on tonight's agenda. Discussion regarding the City-County Planning Board minutes. Discussion regarding having rabbits and sheep in the city limits. • Joe will prepare an ordinance for the next council meeting. The Police Department has had several complaints about bad checks.
