CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

Others Present: Alan Crowe (late), Pat Metzger, Jim Flisrand,
Ernie Davis, Dave Michael, Don Hackmann.
Bob Gauthier distributed the Mayor's status report dated
3-1--88.
Bob Gauthier asked the Council to meet after the regular
Council meeting and after that the Personnel Committee.
Ervin Wood asked if the Insurance Committee was going to
meet before the budget meetings began. At the present
time no Insurance Committee meetings have been scheduled.
Discussion regarding Asphalt Supply. There are rumors
that the company has been sold.
Jim Flisrand gave an update on the East Main Lift Station.
Discussion regarding Jan's IGA new building. The City
has no financial obligations here. The City's name was
used on the bonds so they could be sold as tax exempt
(IDR Bonds).
Cal Cumin mentioned that there is a meeting in Kalispell,
Thursday March 3rd at 2:30 p.m., regarding the proposed
Shiloh Interchange for 1994-95. He would like to see
someone from the Council attend.
